Industry reports indicate that Prime Condos will consist of a 45-level high-rise condominium tower, which will rest atop a four-storey podium base and a street-level collection of retail spaces for a grand total of 50 storeys. Architectural renderings show soaring, glass-dominated tower facades, with one façade bearing a distinctive diamond pattern and another using strategically placed colour elements to draw the eye upward in a zigzag pattern.
